How being grateful can change your whole life

Do you want to create a positive mindset? Then this is your post. On here I would talk about how being grateful can change your whole life and your whole mentality.

Why should you be grateful?
Gratitude is one of the most important things to create a new mentality and a new reality. When you are grateful, everything falls into place, and I will show you how to be grateful. By gratitude, I do not mean thanking everyone, although that is also a necessity, because we need to be kind and grateful to people, but I am talking about a different kind of gratitude. I am talking about self-thankfulness. Be grateful to yourself for the things you accomplish, be grateful for your success, be grateful for everything you have and for being alive.
This would completely change your attitude because you would realize how many accomplishments you have achieved and that every day has good things to focus on instead of the bad things. That's because most people only focus on the bad things and they ruin our day because we focus on how badly we were treated or how bad the situation was. But if you are grateful you can see the good things of your day and maybe you had a bad day but you can still see the good parts and the more you practice this technique the happier you will be because you will see the good parts of your day
Ways to show gratitude
Gratitude can be shown in many ways. One of the best known is keeping a journal. In this, one writes about the day and writes down the things for which one is grateful. Another way to show gratitude is to talk to the ceiling. Yes, with the ceiling. Every night when you go to sleep, you can take a few minutes before you turn off your mind by talking to yourself and reviewing your whole day and try to think about the positive things and think about how you can deal with the problem you had next time, or just see what you can learn about that bad thing so that you see the problem as something you can learn from.
